The Ignition Startup Zone was established in 2016 s a support for entrepreneurship and startup businesses in PEI. Their 3,600 square feet of modern office space on Queen street in Charlottetown was funded, in part, by ACOA when it was built. This project announcement is regarding ACOA's latest investment in new programming the Startup Zone is offering over a 12-month period.
Project Overview
Working for ACOA, I drafted the original copy, Minister Bains' quote and the client quote, then guided the news release through approvals, wrote tweets and sent it to translation services.
Tweets were sent from the @ACOACanada (EN) or @NewsroomGC and @APECACanada (FN) or @salledepresseGC accounts.
