The Festival of Small Halls is an annual PEI event that celebrated its 10th year of operation. The Festival's mandate is to support Island talent and host a schedule of 60 per cent Island artists along with exceptional world-renowned talent in PEI's most rural hall settings. The 2018 Festival also hosted workshops open to the public, including a fiddle and bagpipes class!
Project Overview
Working for ACOA, I drafted the original copy, Minister Bains' quote and the client quote, then guided the news release through approvals, wrote tweets and sent it to translation services. I also coordinated with the Province for Minister Palmer's quote.
Tweets were sent from the @ACOACanada (EN) or @NewsroomGC and @APECACanada (FN) or @salledepresseGC accounts.
